Check-In & Check-Out Time

Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and modification policies depend on the hotel rate booked. Please check our rate policy for more information.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A $100 security deposit will be held upon check-in, for incidentals.

Parking

There is street parking available alongside the property.

Pet Policy

Our pet fee is $15/night. A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per room with a total limit of 40lbs. Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted, and they cannot be left alone in the room.

Smoke-Free

We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room, deck, balcony, or public area. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.

Guest Identification Required

Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government issued identification at check-in that matches the name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.

Concierge Hours

Our lobby is open from 8am – 6pm.

Accessibility

We offer ADA compliant rooms. If needed, please ensure it is requested at the time of reservation.

Housekeeping

You may request our housekeeping staff to enter to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans, and make the bed. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door, the housekeeping staff will not enter the room. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.

Breakfast

We do not offer breakfast at this time.
